I want to stay a virgin until I find the one I love but i have some concerns?

im 23 years old, and I don't plan on getting married for a while. I want to make sure im financially stable, and have enough money saved. I want to stay a virgin until I find someone I love. The only concern i have is if it would be fair to me to date or marry someone who was very promiscuous in the past?
