Privacy violation in housing area for students. What should I do?

well i don't know how I could help, but if were my case i would probably notify my school adviser, also some authorities, just in case if some thing happen to me they would know who was under it. Also I would not try to walk alone, I would hang out with my friends more often, and change my itinerary everyday, so they wouldn't make this my schedule routine.
