I think i have osteoporosis.My bone density test revealed -1.8 less than my mother.I think it is hereditary?

I don't smoke or drink.I am an pure vegetarian not even egg i take.I am just 24 year.I am worried about my future.give me tips.I am taking medicines.Is it curable?
