Im flyin to mexico from tijuana to zacatecas i do not have a pport what do i do?

i ordered my p port and it hasn't got here i am going to use my birth certificate and hospital records. im flyin from tijuana to zacatecas and im walkin from sandiego to tijuana and will be flying to zacatecas please help only a mexican
