Where can I find cartoon clics on dvd?

I'd like to buy my mother some clic cartoons for her birthday. Her favorites are Felix the Cat and Touche the Turtle. I haven't been very successful in finding them anywhere in any format. Does anyone know where I can find copies of those two on dvd? or if ever produced them on dvd?
