Is my G.P. being racist or looking after my best interests when she says that she will not allow?

She says that it would be un-Islamic and against the teaching of the Koran as the actual vaccine will have dead swine flu virus in it..Of course everyone knows that swine is forbidden to my people..Or could it be that she would prefer me to get sick and possibly die as I am a follower of Mohammed ?
