Computer & Graphic/Monitor Problem?

If possible, try connecting the LCD to the computer using a digital connection, via the TV's HDMI port. An LCD TV's HDMI port can be connected to a computer's DVI port using a DVI-to-HDMI cable, and if the computer has an HDMI port, one can use a standard HDMI cable. DVI/HDMI is a digital signal (everything else like VGA, composite, S-video, etc. are og), and the digital connection might work better.
