Start Hines Ward or Pierre Garcon?

Ward is cleared to play and tore up cleveland last time they played (156 yards and a TD), but it's supposed to be cold and windy with a chance of snow. Garcon has been coming around lately and has had a couple good weeks but goes against a tough DEN secondary allowing only the second least TD's to receivers. WHO DO I PLAY!?!?!
