Search warrent not in our name?

last week i got home at 8 15am in the morning and there was cops everywhere and they said they had a warrent to search the house they were fairly well finished when i got home as my partner and kids were home anyway they took partner into town and got him 33 charges for marijuana and relating to selling to people too and they took also money and the marijuana and ph but me and my partner actually sat down and had a read of the warrent yesterday and the search warrent has to the police detail names ect then ticked box is at the place descibes our house then it says the occupier is vicky ann E which is a previous tenent not us ,and ticked box this warrent is issued in relation to drugs ect ect under section 6 and furthermore section 9 ect ect and furthermore section 10 ect ect then it details the rights of what the police officer is allowed to do then he has signed it and has a stamp and dated 10-11-08 and that is page 1 of3 then pg 2of3 is cont of police rights then it has the warrent ends on 17-10-08 at 11.59 pm given at my hand at m---(place) then it is signed again and stamped with a stamp then it has date 10-11-08 time 3.42pm and there is no page 3 of 3 when there is supposed to be and please note the warrent was issued on the 10-11-08 we got raided on the 11-11-08but then notice how it says the warrent ends on 17-10-08 so what do you think will happen when it comes to court ?will they have to give evrything back?
