Problem with win 7....need help?

I switched from xp to 7 yesterday and installed the drivers again,my vga card is intel 865G and win 7 is not supporting it's driver,when I opened dxdiag through run....it showed direct3D,directdraw and some agp as noy available but they were when it was xp............I'm unable to play any games,and yes plz mention how to get the scrolling bar + getting the clock and calender to the right of the screen
