How do cinemas survive with the advent of bittorrent?

It's amazing cinemas are still going. The last film I saw was 'wake in fright' which was a lost aussie cinematic gem. That was in June. I download any movie I wish to see and feel it doesn't detract from the cinema going experience. In fact I enjoy the movie more.
