Frozen pizza thawed out?

Ok so the other day i bought 2 digornio pizza. i didnt have room in my freezer for both of them. so i put 1 in the fridge and forot abou if for a day and a half. well anyways its been in the fridge the whole time and has thawed out. so i cooked it to 400 degrees. and it looked fine . what are my chances of getting sick if any. wont the heat kill the bacteria?
