What is the rate of increase of co2 in the Mesozoic Era? Is there anyway to find this statistic?

Carbon Dioxide levels were about ten times as high towards the end of the Mesozoic as they are now. How long did it take to get that high and how quickly did it happen? Does anyone know the numbers for the rate of increase?
