do you have a humidifier.. a cool mist one will help. As well a nose sucker thing, our baby was really congested and snotty around 4 months old, we just constantly sucked the snot out of her. Unless its an infection she shouldnt get antibiotics, doctors tend to over prescribe antibiotics especially in N america,
