If ingesting mouse dropping can cause illness?

she refuses to clean the cast iron pan after using ! she has some rare disorder that had effected her nervous system could the two be linked in any way even Mao clinic can not help her but they do not know this fact ! at least 50 years of ingesting this stuff has to do some damage ! so far this week i have caught 8 mice in her oven so that tells you how much mouse droppings are in the grease at every use i think she actually likes the taste now from years of eating it .. any advice she refuses to see my point and throw away the pan i even bought a George Forman grill so she does not have to use the pan any more any concrete info on this topic !
