I just bought a 1994 arctic cat puma deluxe and done everything i possibly can think of to fix it?

i have put a fuel filter and a fuel pump on. i have cleaned the carb,i have put new plugs on. it seems like it wants to start but it does not have gas going to the engine through fuel line what do i do now?
