Does this guy like me?

okay i just wanted to know ( i don't like him) but there was this guy in my school looking at my and he keeps stealing my basket ball at recess and lunch (were allowed to go use the gym to hang with friends and play basketball) and he keeps looking at me and he always purposely bumps into me and he just walks away with my basket ball and today i was hanging with my friends and he just randomly messes up my hair and walks away he is cute but i don't like him like that :P so does he like me or is her just messing around?
